The class focuses on three aspects:
- Normal adolescent development, including latest brain research
- Communicating with teenagers to foster respect and understanding
- Setting clear, fair limits and following through with them.

Couples Clarity Workshop
Learn and use the skills needed to create and
sustain healthy supporting relationships.
This class will focus on communication skills, conflict resolution, values clarification, setting goals together, and co-parenting.
Couples Clarity is not a therapy group. It is a 6-week class for committed couples to learn/improve skills that have been proven to strengthen bonds and help relationships last.
Committed couples of all types, old and young, marrieds and not, gay and straight, are encouraged to come to this class, ready to laugh, talk and learn.
The focus will be on couples’ strengths rather than problems, and members will not be pushed to reveal anything that they do not want to.
Subjects include:
- Compassionate and assertive communication
- Conflict resolution
- Decision making together
- Co-parenting (if participants are all parents)
- Balancing work and life
- Creating a life long relationship
Pricing
First session/assessment: $155.00
Individual/couples therapy: $100.00
Family therapy: $120.00
6-week parenting group: $185.00 for one parent, $285 for two parents
3-part school series: $500.00
Couples Clarity Group: $400.00 per couple
